I’m really confused as to why these articles make statements as if we all thought it was good for us. We’re inhaling combusted plant materials, OFC it’s not healthy. We do it because it makes this god awful planet a little more tolerable for the time we’re stuck on it, not to be able to live here longer.
I mean, it’s literally in the name. “Conservatives” don’t want any form of change, they want to “conserve” whatever horrible stage of history they believe was the best (typically when white people owned black people).
Sure. I mean, I’m not going to stop using it, and people will make forks for eternity, but the average joe might switch… However, the average joe supports Nazis these days, so I don’t really give a shit about what the majority are doing.
